Thank you for shopping at LikeMotherLikeDaughter.com. We appreciate your business and would like to provide you the best quality of service there is but due to the constraints of the natural products that we sell once an order has shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
DUE TO COVID-19 AND REGULAR SANITATION CONCERNS, we do not offer returns. Our brand is a small business, we do not want to risk the health of you and our team. However we would like to ensure your satisfaction at all cost, so email us immediately at Support@likemotherlikedaughterco.com with any concerns regarding the following:
- ISSUES and/or DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - You are sent the wrong item or your item is defective
- DAMAGES - Your items was damaged through transit
Otherwise, we do not accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging with the safety seal and label still intact. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase and your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@likemotherlikedaughterco.com with attachments of photo images of the damaged, defected or wrong item(s), your order number, and photos of your packing slip. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Valid Exceptions for returns
- Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Canceling An Order
IF you have purchased from us, and for any reason have decided you want to cancel your order you may do so conditionally - if it has not been packed or moved to the shipping process. Once your shipment is shipped and you have received your tracking information, you can no longer make changes to your order.
Otherwise, All items for purchase are final sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
