When will my order ship? 

Your order will be shipped once processed. Processing normally takes 1-5 days depending on the time of the year.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

At this time, our processing time is 1-5 business days. Due to COVID, once your package has shipped, the delivery time may take longer than the original delivery option you chose.  The extended delivery times are out of our control. Once you receive a tracking number, you will be able to keep track of your package. Processing time and shipping times are two completely different processes. By purchasing from Like Mother, Like Daughter Co., you agree to these terms.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Double check that you provided the correct address. 

Once an order has shipped, Like Mother, Like Daughter Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation if applicable.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

Do you accept returns or exchanges, refunds?

At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you are sent the wrong item or your item is defective. Email us in this case. Otherwise, All items for purchase are final sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Can I cancel my order? 

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you are more than welcome to cancel your order - if it has not been packed or moved to the shipping process. Once your shipment is shipped and you have received your tracking information, you can no longer make changes to your order.
